Too many aspiring Leaders... this is a problem in India.
But true leaders emerge after the long struggle and experience growth over a time! The struggle to grow in a competitive market like India makes sure that so many possibilities and strategies flow freely around in unexpected and some times even an unassumed manner.
But the good thing of all these is that when the world looks at us as a nation we have the very best never assumed before strategies which stood the test of time and the beats and pressure of a bubbling democracy of billions.
Read through below article link on what the world has noticed recently about India. Indeed the best strategists can spot it neat in the Indian style and most of them are so refined that the world could just take it as a lesson or style soon!
As i always mentioned Indians seem to be selfish for their own growth but above all the contribution to Humanity worldwide never ceases and History will have this noted again that we indeed were a major player in changing the destiny of the world for Good!
We may be marked and considered still growing, But the true leaders know where we are and what we have grown to and what we are growing to be!
India's contribution on R&D growth a lesson to many! A really perfectly written article on the facts of how even the unskilled becomes a master over a few years of experience and training and note it that if the west is good at managing and the east is good at designing towards perfection, we are leading in many never before known ways. Pruning, Grooming and Mentoring is a major leadership quality and in India we value it a lot I guess at least by those select few leaders who survive the rough politics of democratic organization.
