The Japanese - Art of living /style of living

Hara hachi bunme !!!
This is something very important and wonderful i learn from one of my most revered senior managers in Japan. He had explained about this while on a business trip with him and How Japanese stuck to the old age disciplines.
And no doubt the ways and living styles are extraordinarily different but the ubiquitous habits that can be seen all over Japan are something unique and special.Of course you experience it everyday but if you really have it in th Japanese Discipline and patterns then a whole new experience is for sure!

The Longevity in japan are attributed to many of these habits and lifestyles followed for years. Longevity - About 25,000 Japanese are above 100 years ?? They survived some of the worst of the wars and Natural disasters and diseases and still you can see many so very energetic and genki.

Here are some straight forward fact on Japanese living. National geographic has stated them sharp and straight. All I may not agree with is the title of Simple living which i do not see all the time around (May be Because Tokyo is considered very different from the rest for japan due to the urbanization and cramming of Time and space in this city.)

Yes all those stated in each of those tabs on the page are facts and i have been blessed to experience at least 60% of them during my stay here in Tokyo.
All that i may not agree with is the Header "Simple Living in Japan" which is at times i feel is too complicated with people Living within themselves and the complexities growing up the stacks!

Its different and definitely rewarding and at times painful. The latter may be on the extremes though.
But one thing i wont forget,
