The world is changing or even changed beyond imaginations already!
Economies and trends are shifting like never before and the gradients are real high a the G force seems heavy on the falls!

Great to remember how a nation of billion like India struggled to grow to what we are and still young and bubbling with life ! The nation indeed sacrificed a lot without doubt to bring up technocrats. The world is really direclty /indeirectly connnected to this culture and the statistics say that one out of six in the world is an Indian!
The indian perspective is that it's good and we are ready to give our best to he Humanity. But the basic philosophy that beats on every Indian heart remains the same . Give back whatever we receive multiplied!The choice between good/bad need to be done carefully while giving to this nation!

Outsourcing Hub is the name we are reffered with when the contributions go out to the world!The Economic shift and the global paradigm to shrink and save themselves is leading to job cuts around the world.

When the world folows the strategy of reducing head count, A nation like India where we cannot meet demand, the strategy is parallel but different ! Maintain the count and reduce the pay! Ilove it! Do you see the differnece? The strategy!

Well i feel the days of Insourcing is to begin and India will open up for foreign nationals to join hands to meet our enormous HR needs to meet globaland natioanl demands!

But one thing! India is different and it would be the ride of the life! Be sure before you get on board, winding journey to heights might me turbulent and giddy but the experience would be mind blowing!
