Biplab san...

Biplab san...Bips... so are the name of this young guy!

Have kown him from the day he joined Motorola ODC as an SET and then on a a very dedicated member of the teams and with extreme fine qualities.

And then once i came to Japan, soon did he join the batch of L&T infoknights at Tokyo. Been an excellent guy anda frined all throgh our in the tough and th best of th times always remaining commited to the team and the targets.

Through many rough waters he has sailed with the smile and at times the carefree attitide just to purpose of avoidng those under currents.

He has always been my good friend and rather in Tokyo also with our close circle of friends. Eat outs have been almost always together with friends joining and recently with Lakhia too being together we hae had amazing sessions of discussions and debates- of course progressive ones and long dinners always to cherish:)
And of course so many outings and times with Roy hi cousin Bro and John san.

Wherever he was we all ha tremendous gogod time and fun!
I am sure Amey san and Jhanvi san would agree in too.

I hope wherever we are we will all meet again soon and keep the updates coming in form our T9's & VAIOs!

Above all we are gonna miss Bips badly at our Nihongo classes which we had started together every Saturday.
Sorry i missed his farewell speech at SEMC, but we will meet soon again I Hope .

"All the best Bips and Never ever give up on things. Just hold on till you reach the goal! There is no repleacement for quality and at any cost we should maintan it as always we did! The returns will come for tho who wait on the Lord!
Work smart and i am sure your experience will trickle in as and when required!
