I lost a great friend and visionary..

gulfi .... Thats what we called him ! He was a sweet heart for all those who had a zeal to grow and nourish in life.

Rakesh Rajan one of my friends from Engineering days was called to be with God in his sleep yesterday(April 07 2006). I saw him last as his image popped up and said he was online for a short while.
He was an MVP Microisfot valued professional and was recently at the summit along with the big shots and architects of .net. IN fact he recetly pinged in to tell me about his latest book being realised. A friend and a visionary who fascinated me in the world of computers and from whom i learnt a lot of my computer skills is no more with us . I returned late night from a party and logged on to find one of the saddest news that i had been through in my life.
His good deeds and support will always be remembered. I still remember and am thankful for the support he used to give me while working first on MS word or MS office and on windows. He was my one point reference for software and hardware doubts.

We will miss all of it. He used to enjoy the Don moen worship and testimoinies, and i always wanted to pass on a CD to him but cud never do it . I hope he realised the love of Christ and lived his life worthy on earth.Hope to see him soon !

It would not be complete if i missed the cheer he used to bring in silent ways to all of us our friends in college and then after wards ourt of college too. The prayer cell activities he used to support with his hi tech knowledge in editing video shows and presentations for prayer cell events and session on the college campus.

Dear Rakesh, the unfrequent but memorable talks we always have discussing the present and future and the sharing of visions and ideas we used to do always, will be cherished memories for me now on. I have ever been inspired to learn and attempt new things in life in the world of computers specially because of you.

Apart from the technical and futuristic info world we talked about, we at times discussed personal plans and visions into the days to come.But God have greater and better plans for us may be that why you wre called ahead of us. We all miss you and i specially will miss a great partner and techer in the zeal to learn and develop and stay ahead in the info race and visions of future. May be what we though of CEOs and posts may work out in a different way as God needs it. I will make sure to carry this memory and inspiration that you gave us when you were here with us. Rest in peace Gulfi our prayers are with you . and your memories with us. !

Experince used to tire you in life but you always stayed ahead in that race ! I am sure you ran a worthy and great race here on earth !
